If you are not totally happy with your purchase, please send an email to info@leroseglow.com.au with your name, order number, and reason for a refund within 7 days of delivery.

Please note that return shipping will be at your cost and you will need need to return your item prior to receiving your refund. We always recommend returning your purchase with a tracking number as lost return items cannot be reimbursed.

Refunds

Once we receive your product, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

Once your item has passed our refund inspection process, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within 7-10 business days.
